General Discussion / Types of advertising within the messenger

In the next few lines I will explain how it works and each of its steps, but first. What are the differences between brainwriting and brainstorming? You probably know what it is and have even participated in a brainstorm at some point. This method was created by American advertiser Alex Osborn and is a group dynamic where people suggest ideas, which are written down on a board and then evaluated. This technique is very useful for finding solutions to problems and developing new products and advertising campaigns. But it has a major drawback: a minority tends to dominate the idea generation session.

According to professor and researcher Leigh Thompson from the Kellogg School of Management, in a typical group of six people, two of them talk for more than of the time. This means that other participants don't have as many Phone Number List opportunities to share their ideas. Therefore, what we have at the end of a brainstorm are not always the best solutions, as most of those involved did not have the chance to participate properly. Still according to Leigh Thompson, this dominance effect tends to be magnified in larger groups. The solution to this inconvenience is not necessarily asking dominant people to reduce their speaking time. But, yes, find a method that is more democratic and encourages the collaboration of all participants.

That's where brainwriting comes in. Unlike brainstorming, which happens through oral sharing, that is, people speak their ideas; In the method, suggestions are written. So everyone can collaborate and have the same amount of time to do so. But this is just one of the advantages of brainwriting. And I’ll tell you more about them now. What are the advantages of brainwriting? It's no surprise that the writing team for Breaking Bad an American TV series that won ten Emmy awards used this method to develop ideas for the series.

  • As an alternative to solve these issues, an implementation of dedicated devices need to be implemented in the desired equipment, translating the device's native protocol to a standardized fast and open industrial protocol. A centralized unit should be able to monitor and control the systems.

  • There is no standard communication protocol between cobots, industrial robots and devices in general. Setting up a common infrastructure will permit an enhancement for monitoring and controlling systems such as AGVs and cobots to execute tasks in parallel and in real time.

  • Hence, we need to come up with a system of machines and AGV where they can communicate with each other for task queuing, and AGVs to have capability for task prioritization.
  • Additional systems such as 2D or 3D vision, or force control might need to be integrated to correct the errors in AGV navigation.

  • Existing warehouses and assembly lines require external devices or manpower to call for AGVs for unplanned task execution. Other factories try to fix a certain schedule for these AGVs to perform time-based events. However, current AGVs are not smart and flexible enough to handle new and unplanned tasks.
  • Existing AGVs have a low location repeatability, which does not allow for precise applications to be done. Integrating a cobot decreases the repeatability of the entire system, and limits the type of applications suitable for these mobile manipulators.
